Background:
Samantha is not originally from the Carolinas, but has lived here for most of her life, thus she grew up here and has seen how Charlotte and the surrounding areas have grown. She has lived in both North Carolina and South Carolina and is a Licensed Broker in both states. Samantha is a North Carolina State University graduate, where she received her degree in Biological Sciences. She is also a graduate from the University of Kentucky where she received her Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition. Samantha believes that continued education is an imperative requirement in her career!

Samantha received her real estate Broker's license in 2000 and has continued her real estate growth by taking specific educational courses. These designations include: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). These designations allow Samantha to better represent the buyers and sellers who choose to work with her.  All of these designations are recognized under the authority of the National Association of Realtors.

Lifestyle:
Samantha lives, works, and plays in South Charlotte and into South Carolina. She enjoys spending time with her family, her friends, and her loving husband. When not working, Samantha enjoys traveling, reading, playing golf and tennis, and cooking.

Additional Information:
Samantha is on the Advisory Board for her neighborhood's Property Owner's Association. She participates in a fantastic Bible study, and is also a member of a book club that meets monthly.
